MTS Software Support Plans (SSP) provide the comprehensive service and support needed to protect and continually improve your software investments over time.
 
Software Support Plan is far more cost-effective than purchasing ad-hoc software upgrades, training, test monitoring and remote technical support, and makes your budget easier to manage with a low annual fixed cost.
 
The Software Support Plan provides your business with the following benefits:
  • Priority front-of-queue access to MTS remote technical support
  • Access to MTS cloud-based Echo Test Monitoring tools
  • Access to all new software releases via Echo Portal – new software functionality, bug fixes, and compatibility with new Operating Systems
  • If SSP includes RPC/cRPC and/or AeroPro: Tuition-free training for 1 seat in up to 2 courses per 12-month increment of contract period is included as an entitlement
  • If SSP includes TestSuite: Access to online training videos on the Echo Portal is included as an entitlement

Our Software Support Plans are typically offered in 12-month coverage increments, but you can purchase up to 48 months of coverage at the same low annual rate. You also qualify for discounts if you have multiple MTS test systems.
