Why It Matters
MTS makes some of the most reliable equipment in the world, but even the most reliable equipment will eventually need repairs. Repairing or remanufacturing your equipment extends the useful life and lowers your total cost of ownership.
How We Deliver
With field service engineers strategically located throughout Asia, Europe and North America, we can provide prompt repairs onsite. For components that can be easily shipped to us, our in-factory remanufacture or exchange services can restore equipment performance quickly.
Repairs & Remanufacture Information
Model 329 Road Simulator RemanufactureMost of the wear your Series 329 System undergoes is not visually noticeable. That’s why it’s critically important to follow recommended maintenance schedules. Otherwise, your first indication of excessive wear could be component failure—and the resulting delays in your test schedule. When used in conjunction with Routine Maintenance, the MTS Series 329 Remanufacture Program offers a convenient and reliable means for extending equipment operating life. Both programs draw on the engineering expertise that originally went into manufacturing your Series 329 system.
MTS Flat-Trac Drum Exchange Program
The condition of your Flat-Trac drums is critical to your ability to run high-speed tire tests. Excessive wear on the surface of the drums could prohibit you from conducting some of the more rigorous tests necessary for measuring tire performance. Proper monitoring of drum wear and planned maintenance of worn drums will help ensure that your entire testing program will continue without unexpected interruption.MTS Flat-Trac Drum Exchange Brochure
